Open APIs are put to maximum use in Telflow, with every interaction supported by open APIs. This extends to showing actual API payloads in our out-of-the-box Telflow Portal, providing an unprecedented level of visibility and troubleshooting capabilities for operations teams.
DGIT wins Open API Award at TM Forum Excellence Awards

DGIT is proud to announce that we are the recipient of this year’s TM Forum Excellence Award in the Open API category.
This win recognises the rich and extensive use of TM Forum APIs by our Telflow platform.
Telflow microservices also leverage TM Forum Open APIs to expose Telflow to digital channels, enabling virtually any channel to interact with the platform. These channels can include tailored web portals such as DGIT’s Bandwidth on Demand, CRM systems such as Salesforce, mobile applications, and eCommerce platforms such as Magento.
