DGIT, founded in Melbourne, has attracted the attention of Vocus by showing how model-driven and virtualised networks can work with catalog-driven business systems to power dynamic customer experiences through industry-standard APIs. DGIT has presented a series of proof-of-concept projects in Europe and the U.S. at the TM Forum and MEF in recent years, and has won 8 significant global industry awards, including the recent 2019 TM Forum Excellence Award in the Open API category.
DGIT’s software platforms Telflow and Inomial Billing, combined with the new Vocus programmable network from Arista and Ciena Blue Planet, will provide business agility, support customer self- service, and enable real-time network control. This partnership also enables Vocus to operationally integrate with partners using TM Forum Open APIs.
“We are excited to announce today the appointment of Arista Networks, Ciena’s Blue Planet and DGIT Systems, as key technology partners who share Vocus’ drive for innovation and will help us deliver market- leading experiences for our customers,” Mr Russell said.
