This year, DGIT Systems is a sponsor of the CommsDay Summit, a two-day event hosted in Sydney. In addition to sponsorship, CEO of DGIT Systems, Greg Tilton, will join presenters and industry experts from across Australia in delivering engaging and timely keynotes.
The presentation will be co-hosted by Michael Edwards, Director of Product & Customer Experience, from FibreconX; a high-performance dark fibre services provider that leverages its duct network to meet future digital growth demands.
The 20-minute discussion will take place on day one of the event, Tuesday 4 May, at 2:20 pm, and will delve into current and emerging customer and product experience trends.
Customer experience has never been more crucial for organisations, as customers and businesses become more discerning with their dollars in a post-COVID world. Experience is a key differentiator, and several research projects have shown the significant ROI that comes with a CX strategy:
- Businesses with a customer experience mindset record a jump in revenue 4 to 8 per cent higher than their industry peers.
- More than eight in ten companies that focus on improving customer experience report an increase in revenue.
- Three-quarters of businesses with better-than-average customer experience enjoy greater financial performance than their competitors.
Connect with DGIT Systems at the Trade Show
In addition to keynotes, panels, and awards ceremonies, the 2021 CommsDay Summit will include a trade show where event participants can showcase their products and services.
DGIT Systems will have a trade show stall. Attendees are invited to chat with the team, ask questions, watch live product demos, and even connect with the CEO directly.
